I’ve wanted to shoot you a quick thank you!!
You replaced a bronze colored patio tabletop for me a couple months ago. Shortly after getting the glass home it popped. It took all the nerve I had to call you and ask you “if you cared”! It was crystal clear that the glass had no warranty when I drove off. Anyway, you replaced it for me at no charge. The new glass has been in the table for nearly a month now and is perfect.
I have four other family members in this town and let me tell you we are all loyal Bell customers. I just wanted to say thanks. You guys went out of your way to make this situation good for me, while not so good for you.

Dear Mr. Bell:
This letter is to tell you how much I appreciate the part Bell Mirror & Glass played in constructing our new home. I called the store a few times, and once left a voice mail message for you, but I want to make sure you know that I couldn’t be more pleased, not only with the shower doors and cabinet door glass, of course, but especially with the sliding glass doors and shelves in the dining room display cabinet.
This house is the first (and most likely, the last) one my husband and I have built. We tried to put into it all the things that, over the years, we have come to want in a home. The dining room display cabinet is the place I plan to display items like my grandmothers’ glassware and other collections that have lived in boxes in my basement because I was afraid taking them out would result in breakage and loss. Now, I can enjoy them and share them with others without that fear. The cabinet is exactly as I pictured it.
As we live in our new home – sometime soon, I hope – the quality and care Bell Mirror puts into its work will remain a source of pride and enjoyment. Thank you again.

On October 9th we had a break-in here at our store. I discovered it at approximately 6:45 a.m. I call Bell Mirror & Glass around 8:15 a.m., and by 8:40 someone had come out to take a look at the door. Within an hour and a half we had brand new glass installed in our existing door.
This was hands-down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had with any vendor. I am amazed at how smoothly everything worked out, and I can’t thank you enough for getting us taken care of the way we were. A different store was broken into that same night, they used a different company and it took three days before their door was repaired. Everyone we dealt with – from the receptionist to the installers…was pleasant and professional. I cannot express how impressed I am with your entire organization, and this situation is the primary example I use when explaining to my employees how important it is to take care of a customer.

The customer asked me Sunday night when they came to my shop to view their China Cabinet and make decisions on the dining table and chairs, “why don’t you use…’_____’…glass company?”
I said, “I did use that ‘_____’ company once back in 1997, and the service was so bad that I tried Bell’s, and I was amazed at the service, quality, and personal handling of my little business needs.”
